Wedding planner

A personal consultant will accompany our newlyweds from their first meeting at the facility, assisting them in organising the wedding until the final day of the event. They will be at complete disposal, evaluating the needs and tastes of the couple on each occasion..

Tableau de mariage
To help guests find their place during the reception, the now famous tableau de mariage comes to their aid – one or more boards (of various shapes and sizes) that indicate the table to sit at. It's a sort of map of the reception hall that guides your guests to their designated seating and with whom they will share their table.

Paper Menu
The creation of a paper menu, designed with the chosen theme for the wedding because nothing is left to chance. There is also the option to customise the menu package (proposals for meat and fish) and conduct a menu tasting before the grand event.

Sweet Table

The Sweet Table is a beautiful convivial moment, a worthy conclusion to a day as important as it is special; it is truly one of the most anticipated moments for the guests. The choice of colours and style should also be coordinated with the wedding theme.

Cigar corner
Or the famous cigar corner, loved by many couples, but especially by many male guests, and usually accompanied by a first-rate rum and preferably dark chocolate. Set up towards the end of the reception, where guests can relax and chat as they used to. The necessary kit should not be missing, such as cigar cutters and ashtrays, to be placed in various areas of the hall you have chosen to set up this nice and elegant corner.
